You will be part of our Sydney Private Business Tax and advisory Division as a Financial Statement Reporting Associate Consultant. Your key responsibilities will include providing accounting support to our team and clients, applying specific accounting standards, and ensuring financial statements meet regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Providing accounting support to our team and clients in applying specific accounting standards
Assisting our National Technical Accounting Head/Lead in performing technical accounting research
Ensuring financial statements meet regulatory requirements and best practice
Being a resource for our team members seeking guidance on accounting matters
Compiling GPFS and SPFS
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
CA/CPA preferred
At least 2 years of experience in auditing and preparing GPFS and SPFS
In-depth knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and the Corporations Act
