Job Description
We're seeking a Financial Transaction Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
• Overseeing financial transactions, including Purchase Orders, Non-Purchase Orders, and e-Invoices
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data through verification and comparison with system reports
• Monitoring and managing production plans to allocate inflow volume to respective team members
• Preparation of checks/Fund Transfer Orders and resolution of purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation
• Processing travel and expense reports of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts
• Developing strong knowledge of Excel reports, including Pivot tables, formulas, formatting, and data cleansing
• Providing leadership and guidance to team members in resolving queries and issues related to financial transactions
• Maintaining 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports
• Reporting taxes while processing region-specific invoices as per requirement
Essential Qualifications
• University graduate in any discipline
• Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration preferred
• Relevant work experience in AP preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
• Sound knowledge of written and spoken English required
• Practical knowledge of SAP preferable
• Practical knowledge of Reporting and Service Now preferable
• Understanding of Source to Pay process desirable
• Excellent time management and planning skills essential
• Attention to detail, good analytical, and problem-solving capabilities required
