Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and creative Fine Arts Teacher in DWARKA SECTOR 12, DELHI to inspire and educate our students in various art forms, including but not limited to painting, drawing, oil painting, and sketches. As a Fine Arts Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cultivate students creativity, imagination, and technical skills. You will also be responsible for creating a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages experimentation and risk-taking.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a comprehensive Fine Arts curriculum.
• Teach students various art techniques, including drawing, painting, sketches.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that incorporate hands-on activities, demonstrations, and critiques.
• Use a variety of teaching methods, including group projects, individual assignments to cater to different learning styles.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes creativity, collaboration, and respect for diverse perspectives.
• Manage and maintain a well-equipped Fine Arts classroom and ensure that all art supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Participate in school-wide events, such as art shows and exhibitions, and encourage students to showcase their artwork to the community.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to foster a positive school culture and support student learning.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or licensure in Fine Arts or Art Education.
• At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
• Strong knowledge and skills in various art techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers, administrators, and parents.
