Job Profile- Firmware Developer
Must Have:
2+ years of experience developing firmware for embedded systems
Experience developing in bare metal and RTOS environments
Strong programming skills in C/C++
Familiarity with architecture/design patterns for embedded systems
Experience with ARM/Renesas Processor Architectures
Good understanding of Hardware Interfaces (Flash, CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, GPIOs, PWM, ADC)
Familiarity with Communication Protocols (CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, BT/BLE, MQTT, LWM2M)
Familiarity with reading schematics
Experience with scripting in Bash/Perl/Python
Experience with Build Tools e.g. GnuMake, CMake
Experience with Unit Test Frameworks
Good understanding of using Git for version control
Experience with defect tracking tools e.g. Jira
Experience using Logic Analysers, Oscilloscopes and Debuggers
Experience with Static Code Analysis tools.
Good To Have:
Prior experience in Automotive/Telecom/Industrial Embedded Software Development
Familiarity with RISC-V Processor Architecture
Familiarity with programming in Rust
Journal publications and/or patents
Contributions to open source projects
