Courseplay is an HR tech platform, serving over 400k learners worldwide, based out of Mumbai, India. Our core product is an employee experience platform that marries learning with employee growth for leading companies around the world. We are disrupting the HR-tech market by an AI-powered ecosystem for employee experience, talent development and learning adoption.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. One of the core KPIs for this role is to retain and grow talent in the company.
Responsibilities
• Attendance, leave management and payroll for all employees
• Conduct performance management and provide feedback
• Regular performance reviews
• Manage training activities
• Oversee employee growth activities
• Manage benefits for employees
Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Master;s degree or relevant experience
• 4+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Demonstrated ability to improve talent retention strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
