Job Description
We are Resolute Corp, seeking a highly experienced Credit Research Analyst to fill this key position.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting exhaustive credit analysis, monitoring portfolio risks, and discovering investment opportunities in a variety of fixed-income securities such as corporate bonds, government securities, and commercial paper.
Main Objectives:
Perform in-depth credit research and evaluation on companies
Prepare comprehensive investment briefs, financial models, and credit assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
Examine issuers, managers, and investment strategies to identify potential risks and opportunities within fixed-income investments
Continuous portfolio monitoring, evaluating Duration and Credit Risk, and identifying emerging threats.
Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in fixed-income markets, staying current on market trends, economic developments, and interest rate movements
Critical Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor/master's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field; with 4-6 year of experience in Credit Research
Demonstrated expertise in analysing company annual reports, fixed income analysis, credit assessment, or a related field.
Comprehensive understanding of financial statement components and their impact on forecasts
CFA/FRM designation or progress toward it is greatly valued.
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to articulate investment arguments and theses
High level of attention to detail with exceptional organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
