We are building a top-tier installation team focused on quality, speed, and professionalism.
Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Window Tint Installer who can handle residential and commercial projects with precision.
This is not entry-level — we want someone who takes pride in clean installs, efficiency, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Install window film (ceramic, reflective, security, and Smart Tint)
• Measure, cut, and apply film with precision
• Prep surfaces properly (cleaning, scraping, sealing edges)
• Ensure zero contamination, bubbles, or defects
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
• 2+ years of window tint installation experience
• Experience with flat glass / residential tinting
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and communication
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
• Smart Tint / PDLC film experience
• Security film installation (8mil+)
• Ladder work / large glass panels
• Construction or glazing background
Compensation & Benefits
• High pay per project (top performers earn well into 6 figures)
• Consistent job flow (no chasing work)

Pay: $50.00 - $150.00 per hour
