Responsibilities:
1. As a Fleet Manager in the Logistics team, you will use your interpersonal and problem-solving skills to manage our on-ground delivery partner fleet, ensuring a flawless customer experience and minimum delivery tat.
2. Undertake supply planning and hiring of Delivery Partners.
3. Ensure smooth onboarding and extensive training of Delivery Partners. Including explaining the incentive model and being responsible for the event/holiday based boosters.
4. Enable streamlined on-ground operations and ensure on-time delivery with highest reliability
5. Drive key central initiatives to scale on-ground operations effectively.
6. Work closely with our Delivery Partner fleet to understand the key pain points, seek feedback/ insights, and provide optimal solutions.
7. Work on retention of riders who have been hired recently to ensure a stable fleet and reduce churn, also hire new riders to ensure supply isn’t impacted
8. Should be able to resolve disputes and plan fleet availability for Holidays & Festivals
Requirements:
1. An ambitious professional with over 1 to 3 years of experience
2. Collaborative and can work with large blue-collar teams
3. Excellent at solving on-ground challenges faced and raised by delivery partners
4. Curious and has capability for thinking the impossible
5. Bachelors Degree in Any Field
6. Willingness to be on field all Days (This is a 6 Day On field role)
