Requirement: Successfactor Compensation Consultant
Joining: Immediate Joiner
Mode: Contract
Duration - 3 Months
• Strong functional knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system, specifically in SF Compensation
• Strong Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module ( At least 4 implementation project and 1 support project)
• Must be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Able to support Annual compensation cycle including enhancements.
• Good to have Experience in custom compensation statements.
• Good understanding of other SF Modules.
• Stakeholder management and comms skills. Able to lead and drive the compensation area.
• 8+ years experience.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: ₹41,625.33 - ₹80,86+.84 per month
