The Role
As a Florist, you'll play a vital role in designing and delivering floral displays while ensuring efficient operation of the floristry service. Your expertise in floral design and knowledge of trends will contribute to an elegant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and prepare high-standard floral arrangements for assigned properties and clients.
Order, collect, and purchase flowers and related materials as needed.
Deliver floral arrangements to specified locations and refresh as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dispose of waste appropriately.
Stay updated on floral and interior design trends.
Purchase vases and props when required.
Assist in other areas of the department as needed and attend meetings.
Report any maintenance issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Administer purchase orders and maintain accurate stock levels.
Complete additional tasks as requested by management.
What We're Looking For
We seek a professional with:
Floristry qualification (Essential).
Proven experience in a high-quality service environment.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office and Internet competency.
Relevant experience working in a 24/7 environment (Desirable).
Hands-on experience in floral arrangement (Desirable).
Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for floral design.
