Job Description
Key responsibilities
Greet and seat guests; present menus and take orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages in line with our service standards and timing expectations.
Handle in-room dining orders, including set-up and clearance.
Maintain mise-en-place, cutlery, crockery, and linen; ensure the restaurant is reset between services.
Upsell signature dishes, pairings, and specials when appropriate.
Clear billing via the POS; handle payments and split bills.
Coordinate with the kitchen on special requests, allergies, and course timings.
Support event setups — private dinners, small celebrations, and outdoor meal experiences. What we're looking for
6 months to 3 years of F&B service experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café.
IHM / craft-course / hotel management students welcome for entry-level roles.
Presentable, polite, and comfortable making conversation with guests.
Basic knowledge of Continental food, cocktails, wine, and coffee preferred.
Conversational English and Hindi; regional language (Kumaoni, Bhojpuri, etc.) is a plus.
Physically fit and comfortable with long shifts on feet.
