We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused F&B Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service in our dining areas, ensuring smooth F&B operations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and serve guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Set up, maintain, and clear tables according to service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests efficiently and professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift trays or supplies as needed.
