Key Responsibilities
Deliver impeccable table service, from taking orders to presenting dishes with flair and precision
Share in-depth knowledge of the menu and beverage list, offering personalised recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction
Upsell and showcase culinary offerings to elevate the overall dining experience
Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Take ownership of guest feedback, requests, and concerns, turning every interaction into a moment of delight
Embody the art of French hospitality with a positive, professional, and “can-do” attitude
Qualifications
About You
Highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every guest experience is flawless
Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining environment is preferred but not essential
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and anticipate their needs
Consistently professional in appearance and demeanour, proudly representing the Sofitel brand at all times
Hold a current and valid Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) certification
Flexible and reliable, with availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
