Food & Beverage Attendants – Available Roles within our Waterfront Restaurant - Boilerhouse Kitchen & Bar
Multiple casual roles available.
We’re on the lookout for passionate hospitality pros with friendly vibes, and sharp service skills – ready to jump behind the bar, own the floor, and help create unforgettable guest experiences across Q Station’s iconic Boilerhouse Restaurant.
The Opportunity
These casual roles will have you working across a mix of venues and service styles – from the world of functions to the experience of premium dining. You’ll get a true taste of everything Q Station has to offer, with a supportive team, unbeatable views, and a workplace as unique as the guests who walk through our doors.
What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting and seating guests with a warm, welcoming energy
Taking orders and delivering food & drinks with speed, style, and accuracy
Mixing, shaking, and pouring behind the bar (if that’s your thing!)
Making recommendations and upselling with confidence
Keeping tables cleared, stations tidy, and everything guest-ready
Helping with set-up and pack-down of shifts, events, and functions
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and safety
Supporting your teammates – we’re big on backing each other up
What You’ll Need
Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, café or events (or all four!)
Confident customer service skills and a genuine love for hospitality
A current RSA and Food Handler Certificate
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends – the usual hospo dance
A professional, positive, and people-focused attitude
Able to keep cool under pressure and move quickly on your feet
Comfortable with the physical demands of working across our multi-outlet venue, set on a 33-hectare site
Bonus points if you’ve got cocktail or barista skills
