About the role
As an F&B Attendant at Altitude Restaurant, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with seating arrangements.
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Delivering dishes and drinks to tables promptly and with finesse.
Anticipating guests' needs and providing attentive service throughout their dining experience.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Performs other duties as requested by the Food & Beverage Management team.
About You
Experience in Hotel or similar environments.
Customer service experience in a similar setting
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Minimum of 1 year experience in as Food & beverage Attendant
Understanding of workplace practices in Work Health and Safety
Responsible Service of ******* Certificate
