Join our Ladies & Gentlemen - Food & Beverage Supervisor (Full-Time) – Atria Restaurant

Job Summary:
Lead the Atria service team, ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience.
Create memorable moments through personalized, anticipatory service.
Motivate, support, and guide the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Atria Service team.
Understand guest preferences and deliver consistent service excellence.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked breakfast outlet at all times.
Supervise food, beverage, and barista operations, including setup and opening tasks.
Build strong relationships with new and returning guests to encourage future visits.
Ensure operational efficiency and uphold The Ritz-Carlton service philosophy.
Plan and execute team-building activities that develop and engage our Ladies and Gentlemen.
About You:
An up-to-date RSA
Working rights in Australia
Willing to work early mornings (at times, from 5:30 am)
Experience in a supervisory role in a fast paced restaurant
Experience of working in a luxury hotel is preferred but not essential
Passionate about the Food and Beverage industry
Self-motivated, driven and energised in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
