THE ROLE:
We are seeking a new Food & Beverage Team Leader to work alongside a passionate and supportive hotel team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, your passion is good food and great beverages, and you know your way around a drink's menu. You can’t wait to move up the ladder and you set an example for everyone in your team! You will assist in leading the team and creating a dining experience that keeps our guest wanting more.
You will collaborate with our guests by:
Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage Collaborators
Leading by example and Championing our Guiding Principles to bring the best out of your team.
Providing a warm and genuine service experience
Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same.
Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking to skilled and ambitious restaurant staff can display:
Considerable experience in Cafe/Coffee shop environments.
Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and speciality in high quality service.
Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests needs.
In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge.
The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required
Ability to prioritise & work in fast-paced environment being able to keep high standards of service.
Friendly and confident communication skills.
QLD RSA essential
Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays
Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
