Food Production / Kitchen Hand - Evening Shifts: 3:30-8:30PM, 5-10PM (Mon - Thurs/Fri)

Who We Are:
Feedwell is one of Sydney's leading corporate caterers, serving up fresh, nourishing food to companies like Google, Amazon, TikTok and more. Our production team works carefully behind the scenes preparing and assembling salads, wraps, sandwiches, sliders, fruit salads and grazing items - all to high standards, tight timelines, and with zero fuss.
What You'll Be Doing:
Prepping ingredients - washing, slicing, portioning, and organising
Making salads and fruit salads according to recipes
Assembling sandwiches, wraps, and sliders
Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
Following instructions exactly - every scoop, measurement, and layer matters
Working calmly and efficiently while collaborating with your teammates
If you like knowing what's expected, doing it well, and going home satisfied with a job well done- you'll fit right in.

Requirements:
Experience in cooking, food preparation, or working in commercial kitchens
Available to work at least 24 hours per week (not restricted by visa conditions)
If on a visa, must have at least 12 months remaining
Able to speak and understand English well enough to follow instructions and communicate with coworkers
Physically fit - this is a hands-on role that requires standing and moving throughout shifts
Comfortable working at a steady, consistent pace with minimal distractions
Willing to work either of the listed PM shifts, with some flexibility if required
Shift & Pay Details
Shift Options:
Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Monday to Thursday/ Friday, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM/ 11:00 PM
Pay:
Adult rate: $30.35/hour
Permanent Positions are also available
Mostly fixed shifts, with occasional flexibility as needed
