POSITION SUMMARY:

They go above and beyond in executing various roles, including setting tables, supporting kitchen staff, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. This ensures that every transaction feels like an experience rather than just a meal.
To establish a flourishing work environment, a few basic elements must be in place. These include creating a safe space, following set guidelines and quality standards, maintaining a professional persona, and communicating effectively. As Guest Service Support Experts must go above and beyond typical duties, such as monitoring menus, moving heavy items, and delivering excellent customer service, these core components are even more vital.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
In order to advance further in education, one must have completed high school or earned the G.E.D. equivalent.
While having previous work experience is not necessary, experience in a food and beverage setting would be an advantage.
