We are looking for a special kind of person – St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.
As a Food Services Assistant, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our Werribee Aged Care.
St Vincent’s Care Services Werribee is a contemporary boutique aged care facility, providing a high-quality haven of care within the centrally-located Wyndham Health Precinct. It is an 80 bed facility located 30km south-west of Melbourne's city centre.

This is a casual position, so strong availability and flexibility to pick up shifts are highly regarded.
Things that work for us:
An ability to provide a catering and kitchen service that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation
Experience in hospitality, an aged care facility, hospital environment and/or related field ideal
Providing services that support high quality food services outcomes for residents, customers and staff of the Facility
Ability to work a rotating roster, flexible
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
National Criminal History Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
