Join our growing team at ISS and help shape the future of healthcare food services. We're seeking a Food Services Manager to lead operational excellence across one of our Melbourne-based healthcare sites. This full-time role reports to the Key Account Manager for Healthcare and works closely with cross-functional teams including Business Performance, IT, Commercial, and Operations.
What You’ll Do
Analyze data from multiple systems (such as Delegate and Coupa) to drive informed, low-risk decisions
Champion collaboration and integrate Business Performance initiatives into Health Segment solutions
Exchange ideas with other Key Accounts and ISS countries to identify best-in-class practices
Drive innovation to differentiate our Health segment offerings
Provide monthly progress reports and ad-hoc updates as needed
Develop and execute project plans aligned with client and operational goals
Safeguard ISS solutions and commercially sensitive information

Food Services Management: Proven track record in leading operational projects
Systems Proficiency: Strong experience in utilizing Excel, Delegate and Coupa
Self-Motivated & methodical: highly organized, systematic, and collaborative in approach, ensuring consistent and effective results
Data Analysis: Skilled at working with data to make operational decisions and recommendations that minimize operational risks
Communication and Collaboration: Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and clients
A strong background in dietetics and data analytics in a healthcare or similar setting is strongly preferred.
