Requirements:
• 3-5 years of previous automotive technician experience required
• Automotive/Ford Diesel experience preferred
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accordance with dealership standards.
• Conduct test drives and use diagnostic tools to assess vehicle condition.
• Diagnose and repair various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers about additional services needed and provide accurate estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Work closely with the parts department to order necessary parts.
• Document all work performed accurately on repair orders.
• Engage in manufacturer-sponsored training programs as directed by the service manager.
• Stay updated on technical bulletins and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and customer vehicles.
• Be accountable for dealership-owned tools and manuals.
• Report safety issues immediately to management.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR checks, drug testing, and possess a valid driver's license.
