Profile- Operations Manager – Student’s Business
Experience- 4+ years
Ctc- upto 8 lpa
Working days- 6 days
Location- Mumbai
Key responsibilities
• Performing the role of “Checker” before transactions are sent to the bank/AD-II for further processing, ensuring that all the documents and details are in order for the transaction is to be processed on time.
• Ensuring that the operation team is using the software to capture the correct information from the documents provided by the student/parent.
• Daily reconciliation of all transactions to ensure that the information to prepare the daily MIS is being correctly captured.
• Coordinating with banks/AD-IIs for rate booking, reconciliation, documents and any other updates that the is relevant for the smooth functioning of the organization.
• Working closely with senior management to scale the team in accordance with the sales team.
• Taking ownership of the operations team which includes working closely with team members and being responsible for the same.
Key Performance Indicator’s
• Ensuring that ALL transactions are being processed in a timely manner with 100% accurate information.
• Ensuring that all the relevant information of the transaction are being captured CORRECTLY in the software.
• Completing reconciliation to ensure there are no lapses in the calculation for commission.
• Grooming and growing the operations team.
Qualities & Attributes
• Experience 4+ Years
• Experience in foreign exchange operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
• Ability to build and manage a team for scale.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹66,000.00 per month
