Forensic Accountant - Insurance and Business Interruption
Senior Forensic Accountant Business Interruption & Claims Advisory
A global leader in forensic accounting and insurance claims consulting is seeking an experienced Forensic Accountant with a focus on Business Interruption cases to join its offices across the US. This is a high-visibility role suited for people with strong analytical expertise and a commercial mindset, particularly those who thrive in both technical delivery and client-facing environments.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage complex business interruption claims and pre-loss exposure assessments for major corporate clients and insurers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the claims processguiding engagements from initial assessment through to resolution.
• Deliver C-suitelevel insights and advise clients on claim strategy and documentation requirements.
• Oversee project teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of reporting and analysis.
• Support business development efforts through networking, client engagement, and contributing to proposal and pitch materials.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in forensic accounting, with a strong focus on business interruption and insurance claims.
• Skilled at leading large, high-value claim assignments with minimal oversight.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at senior executive levels.
• Business development acumen or a demonstrated ability to grow client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools; additional languages a plus.
