Our client, a leading fostering agency, is seeking a dedicated Fostering Administrator to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £22,000 per annum and an opportunity to support a team that is making a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the fostering team, including managing records, processing applications, and handling correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of foster carers and children in care.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Handle phone and email inquiries, providing excellent customer service to foster carers, social workers, and other stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a social care or fostering environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
