Job Description
The school is seeking a dedicated and experienced Foundation Years Coordinator to oversee the Pre-Primary Level curriculum (Nursery - Grade 2) and ensure the academic success of our students. The Academic Coordinator will work closely with teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide support and guidance as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for working with young children. Responsibilities include coordinating curriculum development, conducting teacher training workshops, monitoring student performance, and collaborating with parents and staff to create a positive learning environment. The Academic Coordinator will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on educational trends and best practices in early childhood education.
