Imagine in 1+47 at Bell Labs, where you are seeing a world’s most wonderful semi conductor component was being born called a transistor. Since then there was huge revolution that followed up and allow us to see the same job profile that you are reading, in a display which illuminates thru power of processor and so many other semi conductor components, the same processor now has a billions of transistors in them. Most fundamental revolution in computers was a von neumann architecture which still are being used in every computer that we uses. The term CPU has so much flexibility due to its ability to compute instructions on much faster scale. As we all know we can not change a processor’s inner design after it’s deployed. To be able to change processors’s inner design, it can only happen on newer versions. FPGAs invented by Xilinx founders, were a revolution itself, which allowed to change their inner circuit programmatically. Indeed, we can not go as much as clock speeds as processors, but yes you can implement any logic that you want into it and anytime. And what does it do? It fascinates the world of parallelism, speed and computing. Vicharak ( https://vicharak.in ) has developed their hardware called VAAMAN ( FPGA + SBC ). We are finding a suitable humans who has an extreme interest into this field. We are looking for researchers, developers, designers and engineers and yes architects of a next generation computing world. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN? In languages you will learn software languages such as c/c++, Python and HDL languages Verilog, System Verilog. In tools, various compilers like gcc, gnus, x86s. And different IDEs, like visual studios, platformios, etc. For FPGAs, vivado, radiant, efinix fpgas, etc. But other than that, you will learn how to learn. You will learn how to adapt. You will learn how to take on challenges. You will learn how to perform. You will have a basic understandings from how a keyboard clicks to complex servers works. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON? • Different part of Acceleration framework being developed at Vicharak, AI Acceleration, Software Acceleration, Peripherals optimal use-cases, as-well. Verilog, System Verilog basic languages.
