Key Responsibilities:
Find and onboard franchise partners
Lead generation, follow-ups & closures
Meetings and presentations
Support partners during setup
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years experience in franchise development or business development
Strong communication & sales skills
Healthcare, clinic, or diagnostics experience preferred
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 + Incentives
