Position: Franchise Executive

Job Description: As a Franchise Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing franchise operations for our company. Your primary goal will be to expand our brand presence by identifying potential franchise partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful franchise operations. You will work closely with the franchise team to provide support and guidance to existing franchisees while actively seeking opportunities to grow the franchise network.
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners in targeted locations.
Conduct market research to analyze the feasibility and profitability of potential franchise locations.
Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide guidance and support to franchisees in areas such as operations, marketing, and customer service.
Conduct regular franchise performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Develop and deliver franchise training programs to ensure consistent brand standards and operational excellence.
Collaborate with internal departments to develop marketing and promotional strategies to enhance franchisee success.
Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners to foster long-term loyalty and profitability.
Monitor franchisee compliance with brand guidelines and operational procedures.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in franchise development, preferably in the same industry.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and signing new franchisees.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with potential franchise partners.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with franchise laws and regulations.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
