Freelance Athletic Short Technical Designer & Pattern Maker
Brhodies is looking for a skilled technical designer and pattern maker to create a tech pack and pattern for an athletic short that we can send to our manufacturer. We will provide sample images of styles we want to emulate, but with our own unique pattern, colors, and details.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a detailed tech pack including measurements, materials, stitching, and trim details
• Create a production-ready pattern for the shorts
• Ensure the design meets performance and comfort standards for athletic wear
• Collaborate with our team to refine the final design
Requirements:
• Experience in athletic apparel design and pattern making
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CLO3D, or other design software
• Ability to translate inspiration images into a functional and manufacturable product
• Strong understanding of fabric selection and construction techniques
