Job Title: Freelance Business Development Manager – Recruitment

Type: Commission-Based Only | Remote

We are hiring Freelance BDMs to help us grow our recruitment agency. Your role will be to connect with companies that need hiring support, pitch our services, and close deals. You’ll earn a high commission for every successful client and placement closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients
Pitch our recruitment services
Close business deals and manage client relationships
Coordinate with our internal team to fulfill client needs
