HRBP Activities:
Support performance appraisal processes.
Assist in learning and development initiatives.
Provide guidance on HR policies.
Employee Support:
Address employee queries related to the organisations' policies.
Employee Engagement:
Ideate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives quarterly.
Exit Management:
Conduct exit interviews as required.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather inputs.
Project Collaboration:
Work with the extended R&D HRBP team on HR KPI-driven projects.
Reporting and Documentation:
Assist in creating reports, documents, and presentations.
