We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Teacher Trainers. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional public speaking and teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Teacher Training Workshops: Deliver engaging workshops that align with our standards and methodologies.
• School Partnership and Relationship Management: Establish and maintain partnerships with schools for workshop opportunities and continuously develop relationships with school management to secure additional sessions.
• Workshop Booking: Independently secure bookings through personal contacts and networks.
• Feedback and Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and methodologies through feedback.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a teacher trainer with excellent facilitation skills.
• Exceptional communication and motivational speaking skills.
• A strong understanding of educational trends and a passion for teacher development.
• A concrete understanding of pedagogy and inspirational speaking abilities.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• An excellent understanding of education standards in India, including Indian and International curriculums and boards.
• Exceptional knowledge of classroom management principles.
• Availability to travel within designated cities for workshop sessions.
