Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in fashion design, preferably in women's Western wear or similar genres.
• Strong sketching, drawing, and illustration skills, along with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Understanding of various fabrics, textures, and materials used in women's Western wear.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team.
• Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box
