Job Responsibilities:
1. Design Innovation: Create and innovate designs that align with QB's focus on unique, culturally relevant prints and contemporary men's fashion.
2. Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends and consumer preferences, incorporating these insights into compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.
3. Fabric Selection: Choose suitable fabrics that reflect QB’s commitment to quality and innovation, ensuring comfort and durability.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed flawlessly and align with brand standards.
5. Product Development: Lead the development of new products from concept through to final execution, ensuring all products meet the brand’s high standards of creativity and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Proven experience in men's fashion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in garment and print design.
- Excellent understanding of fabric types, patterns, and fashion industry trends.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Creative thinker with an eye for color and detail.
Contract Terms:
