Overview: We are seeking a skilled and creative Fashion Garment Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to capture garments in a way that enhances their aesthetic appeal. This position involves collaborating with stylists, models, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality visual content for our brand. Responsibilities: Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the creative team to understand the concept and vision for each fashion shoot. Participate in pre-shoot meetings to discuss styling, lighting, and location details. Assist in organizing and scheduling shoot logistics, including model selection, wardrobe, and accessories. Photography Execution: Set up and operate photography equipment, ensuring proper lighting and composition. Direct models to achieve the desired poses and expressions that highlight the garments. Capture a variety of shots, including full-length, close-ups, and detail shots, showcasing the garments from different angles. Post-Production Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal while maintaining the integrity of the garments. Ensure consistency in color correction and image quality across the entire collection. Organize and manage a digital library of high-quality images. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of images to ensure they meet brand standards and project requirements. Address feedback from creative directors and other stakeholders to make necessary adjustments. Maintain a keen attention to detail to deliver images that showcase garments accurately and attractively. Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain photography equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and collaborate with the team to find solutions. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Fashion Garment Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing fashion and garment shoots. Proficient in operating digital cameras, lighting equipment, and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom). Knowledge of current fashion trends, styling techniques, and the ability to translate them into visually appealing images. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with models, stylists, and the creative team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling through visuals. Flexibility to adapt to different shooting environments and conditions. Education: Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. Note: This is a freelance position, and the candidate will be engaged on a project basis as needed.
