Freelance Recruiter / HR Business Associate / Lead Generator (Commission Based)

Job Summary:
ProHR Strategies Pvt. Ltd. is looking to onboard Freelance Recruiters, HR Business Associates, and Lead Generators on a revenue-sharing / commission-based engagement model to support its growing manpower sourcing and HR outsourcing business.
This opportunity is ideal for independent HR professionals, freelance recruiters, consultants, or business development professionals who wish to work flexibly while earning based on results.
This is a freelance / collaboration role, not a full-time salaried position.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Freelance Recruiter Responsibilities
• Work on active manpower sourcing requisitions shared by ProHR Strategies
• Handle end-to-end recruitment or sourcing and shortlisting as per mandate
• Manage lateral hiring, bulk hiring, non-IT, and leadership hiring roles
• Coordinate with internal teams for interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding
• Deliver closures within agreed timelines
B. Lead Generator / HR Business Associate Responsibilities
• Generate leads for manpower sourcing and recruitment mandates
• Introduce potential clients for HR outsourcing services
• Support onboarding of clients for retainership-based HR services including:
• HR Compliance & Labour Law Management
• Performance Management Systems (PMS)
• HR Audit & HR Operations Outsourcing
• Maintain professional client communication and handover to delivery teams
Engagement Model & Compensation
• Commission / revenue-sharing based engagement
• No fixed targets or working hours
• Remote / work-from-anywhere model
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or business development
• Strong sourcing capability or corporate network
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working on commission basis
• Good communication and professional ethics
