Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Freelance Human Resources to provide expert HR support on a project or temporary basis at our Jaipur office. As a freelance HR professional, you will help us with key HR functions such as recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• HR Policies: Define, update and implement HR policies as needed.
• Compensation & Benefits: Assist in salary benchmarking, payroll management, and administration of employee benefits.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
• HR Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports as required by management.
Qualification :
• Master's /Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong knowledge of various recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize HR metrics to improve processes and decision-making.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits structures and best practices.
