House of Armuse is seeking an experienced and highly skilled freelance HR Consultant to join our team on a project basis. As a leading fashion company, we understand the importance of effective human resources management in driving organizational success. We are looking for an HR professional who can provide expert guidance and support in various HR areas to help us optimize our workforce and ensure compliance with HR best practices.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Consultant or similar role
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
Familiarity with HR technology and HRIS systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
