Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage and handle day-to-day HR tasks, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
• Lead and execute special HR projects when needed, such as policy development, performance management initiatives, employee engagement programs, and talent acquisition efforts.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR-related legislation.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Generate HR reports and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR professional in a mid-sized organization.
• Thorough knowledge of HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Work Schedule: Ideally 2 to 4 hours per day or 15 to 20 hours per week (flexible)
