About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Freelance HR Consultant for a 1-day onsite visit to assess and advise on key HR functions, recruitment processes, and team structure. The goal is to get expert insights and actionable recommendations that will help us strengthen our people operations and workplace culture.
Scope Of Work (for The Day)
• Conduct a quick audit of current HR practices and documentation
• Review recruitment and onboarding process
• Provide feedback on team structure, performance management, and growth paths
• Share best practices in employee engagement and retention
• Advise on freelance/contract staffing models (if applicable)
• Conduct a Q&A or mini HR workshop with leadership (optional)
Deliverable
• A short summary report with key takeaways and recommendations (submitted post-visit)
Requirements
• Proven HR experience (preferably across startups or creative/tech industries)
• Strong understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle, and compliance
• Ability to provide actionable insights within a limited time
• Professional, punctual, and collaborative
