HR Recruitment Specialist - Freelance Opportunity

You will be responsible for handling client mandates, sourcing top talent using your own database and network, and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for junior to senior-level positions
• Work directly on client mandates and deliver high-quality candidates
• Source candidates using your own database, network, portals, and sourcing strategies
• Present qualified profiles within a strict 48-hour turnaround time
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and closure processes
• Maintain strong professionalism, communication, and accountability
• Ensure high-quality hiring aligned with client expectations
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hardcore recruitment experience
• Proven track record of closing positions across multiple levels
• Must have your own sourcing database and channels
• Strong understanding of client requirements and mandate execution
• Self-driven, disciplined, and committed to delivering results
• Ability to work independently and meet strict TAT deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Commission Structure:
This is a purely commission-based role with earning potential based on performance:
• 10% to 25% commission depending on the assignment and role level
• Unlimited earning potential — higher closures = higher income
• Payments processed after successful candidate onboarding
