Position : Freelance Interior Designer (Full-Time, Remote)
Key Responsibilities :
• Space planning and architectural design
• Creation of construction drawings (including electrical layouts, furniture layouts, false ceiling drawings, and wall elevation working drawings)
• 2D detailed drawings and 3D rendering to visualize and bring creative design solutions to life
• Residential design experience preferred
Required Skills :
• Proficiency in space planning and architecture
• Expertise in creating construction drawings (including electrical layouts, furniture layouts, false ceiling, and wall elevation working drawings)
• Solid knowledge of interior design principles
• Strong creativity and design sensibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience in residential design projects
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
Essential :
• 3D Modelling and Rendering (Ability to create high-quality 3D visualizations)
• 2D Detailed Drawing (including electrical layouts, furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, and wall elevation working drawings)
Compensation :
Project-based : A fixed percentage per project is paid to freelancers. + Incentive for the number of projects completion within a month
Eligibility :
People who are working as a Full time freelancer not office working individuals.
This role offers flexible, remote work but requires a high level of expertise and autonomy, particularly in residential design.
