What You’ll Do (depending on role):
Collaborate with our internal team and clients to execute high-impact campaigns
Contribute to branding, marketing, and creative initiatives
Deliver assets or strategy on a consistent schedule under a monthly retainer
Participate in project planning, reviews, and creative ideation sessions
Communicate proactively with team leads and clients
Ideal Candidates Have:
Proven experience in their specialty (portfolio or past work required)
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Availability to take on 10–30 hours/month on a consistent basis
A team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
Familiarity with marketing trends and tools in their niche
