Job Title: Expert Panelist for Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI Interviews
Description:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Freelance Panelist Network to conduct technical interviews for candidates specializing in Machine Learning (ML), Data Science (DS), and Generative AI (Gen AI).
As a panelist, you will evaluate candidates' technical and problem-solving skills, ensuring they meet the requirements of high-performance teams.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote technical interviews for Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI roles.
• Assess candidates' knowledge in areas like model development, deployment, data analysis, algorithm design, and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, or similar).
• Provide structured feedback and ratings based on the interview.
• Share insights on candidates' strengths and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with our hiring team to refine evaluation processes.
Requirements:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Generative AI-related roles.
• Hands-on experience in deploying AI/ML models or working with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of Gen AI models like GPT, BERT, or Stable Diffusion.
• Technical Proficiency:
• ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
• Data Science tools: Python (Pandas, Jump, Matplotlib), R, SQL, or cloud-based analytics tools.
• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, or fine-tuning pre-trained models.
• Familiarity with MLOps, deployment pipelines, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Communication Skills:
• Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
• Prior experience in interviewing or mentoring professionals is preferred.
