Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Freelance Personal Trainer. Based in Mumbai, responsibilities include conducting in-home and online personal training sessions, designing customized fitness plans, coaching clients on proper exercise techniques, and monitoring their progress. The role also involves educating clients on nutrition and helping them build sustainable, healthy lifestyles. While in-person sessions are a core part of the role, some remote work is also acceptable.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction to create personalized fitness plans and guide clients effectively
• Expertise in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to deliver diverse and engaging workout sessions
• Knowledge of Nutrition to provide guidance on managing diet and supporting clients’ fitness goals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships
• Certification in personal training, fitness, or related fields
• Relevant experience in leading fitness sessions in both one-on-one and group settings
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and balance a flexible work schedule
