We are seeking a seasoned HR Professional or Consultant to join us as a Strategic Partner. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in workplace management and employee experience. We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Freelancing HR Consultant to support our assignment-based model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert on workplace safety and digital transformation.
• Advise leadership teams on the benefits of automating visitor workflows and security compliance.
• Network with Facility Managers, IT Leads, and HR Directors to discuss workplace security and data privacy.
Requirement:
• 8+ years in HR, People Ops, or Recruitment.
• Strong existing relationships with C-suite executives or Office Managers.
• Ability to articulate the ROI of HR tech investments.
Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
