Job Title: Freelance Teaching and Learning Expert - AI Tutor

Our goal is to advance the field of artificial intelligence by contributing to various tasks such as creating training prompts for AI models, refining AI responses for better relevance, and developing complex question-answer pairs.
About the Role
We are seeking a Freelance Teaching and Learning Expert - AI Tutor to join our project. As a tutor, you will work on developing complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of responses from our AI model.
Responsibilities:
Generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses
Defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree or PhD in one of the following areas:
Pedagogy
Education
Pedagogical Design
Educational Technology
Educational Psychology
Teaching
Methodology
Tutoring
Human Resources
Additionally, you must have at least 3 years of proven teaching experience at schools & universities, and/or experience in curriculum development, educational technology, etc.
You should also be familiar with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, and ability levels, and have proficient English language skills (C2 level).
As a freelancer, you will work remotely and need to have a laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
