TOUR MANAGER

Roles

Planning and Organizing Tours
Develop tailored itineraries that align with customer interests and seasonal considerations.
Research and scout new destinations to keep offerings fresh and appealing.
Leading Tours
Act as the primary point of contact for the group, facilitating introductions and encouraging participation.
Conduct informative sessions about local culture, history, and attractions.
Customer Service
Provide 24/7 availability during tours to address any questions or concerns.
Foster a welcoming environment that encourages open communication among group members.
Budget Management
Prepare detailed budgets for each tour, forecasting potential costs and revenues.
Monitor expenses throughout the tour to stay within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Liaison with Vendors
