Job Description
What you’ll need to succeed
Minimum of 1 year experience delivering SIA licensable courses to meet all SIA and Awarding Organisations Legislations.
Minimum of Level 3 Teaching is essential (PTLLS, AET or equivalent) and appropriate assessor qualifications.
Have knowledge of standard learning operational processes for training programmes.
Proficient use of Learning Management Systems and other platforms in support of training programmes.
Provide ad-hoc on-site coordination according to an on-site coordination process.
Support learners in the use of Learning Management Systems and eLearning Platforms.
Efficiently process paperwork and documentation for the enrolment of learners.Strong communication and presentation skills.
Can engage and motivate learners.Commitment to maintaining a high standard of training.
Have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
